DELIVERY AND COSTS

We’ll do everything we can to get your order to you as soon as we can. We use PostNL or DPD for shipping. Delivery is on the next day (Monday-Saturday) if ordered before 4 pm (Monday-Friday). 

Unfortunately we can't guarantee the date and time of delevery as this is dependent of PostNL and DPD services.

Shipping costs will be shown in the webshop and will usually amount to € 6,95 for deliveries in The Netherlands and € 10,75 for delivery in Belgium and several other counties (see below).

FREE delivery on all orders over € 50 in The Netherlands and Belgium!

In addition to The Netherlands and Belgium, we ship to Germany, France, Italy, Denmark and Austria. Other countries upon request. Please contact us to provide you a shipping quote.

Listed prices in our webshop are excluding shipping costs.

Please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to change your order before shipping.
 

RETURNS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Once received, goods that are not of satisfactory quality, not as described or are simply unwanted may be returned for a full refund including initial shipping costs. Simply return the goods in their original condition within 14 days of receipt. Please include your dispatch note as proof of purchase. Costs of returning products will we be at your own expence. Please contact your local carrier for information on shipment methods and costs.

Customers are also entitled to cancel their order for a full refund as long as this is done within 14 working days of receipt of your goods. This can be done by contacting our customer services team at info@bbqpizza4you.nl.  

Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed from the day you return the goods to us.
